So you are getting your subscribed threads? TO delete those go to your User CP.. then go edit subscribtions. then delete them.

If your talking about the PM and stuff go to the options(also in the User CP) and fix what you want there:)

i hope I helped!

Hey Pat,
Can you tell us what kind of emails?
Is it from threads that you have subscribed to?
Or are people sending you spam though the forum PM system?

Pat you may beed to "unsubscribe" to some threads where you are getting PM notiifications.
If you get any more PMs, go to the thread and use "Thread Tools" to "unsubscribe".

It's been stated earlier in the thread, but it seems to be going somewhat in circles. A few points -

Editing default subscription mode to either Do Not Subscribe or No E-mail Notifications (my personal preference) DOES NOT affect existing subscription notification status.
To change existing subscription notification status, go to UserCP, List Subscriptions, click on the check box next to the word "Notifications" near the upper right corner to select all of the subscriptions on the page, and choose either Delete Subscription or No email notification in the lower right corner, and click on Go. If you have multiple pages of subscriptions, this will need to be done to each of the pages.
You can have a mix of notification types for subscriped threads. Go through the procedure listed above but select individual threads you want a notification type other than your default. For example, if you don't normally want e-mail notifications but do want e-mails for some particular threads, select those threads and change the notification type.
Thread subscriptions are very handy as they permit quick browsing of threads of interest through your UserCP. I like being able to see all of my active threads with a single click (on UserCP), but I personally don't care for getting e-mails about them.
