Afghans...

Hi all

Im new to this forum but I had to post here as i have hounds or should i say beauty dogs :D

We all live in Australia :)

Yup from the title i have Afghans 2 to be exact...

Are they in the Sight hound thing? They are gorgeous, you must be a pretty busy person also? Are dogs not the greatest on earth, better than some humans. I adore my dogs and all dogs. I had horses many years ago for some thirty years. I did compete well with them. I bred, trained and showed them. I had Arabians, Qt Horses, American Saddlebreds and I excelled with Appaloosa Horses.

yep Afghans are sight hounds, yep come the week of a show and it grooming time water everywhere lol

Afgans are not a breed we see around my area. I have only had contact with 2 in my life. I groomed them, but the owner wasn't very savvy about their needs.:(Glad to see yours.:)

Your dogs are gorgeous, I have greyhounds, but I would love to own an Afghan one day. My Auntie had one when I was a child called Charlie, they are wonderful dogs!
