My first animal oil painting

I painted this when I was 15yrs old. This was my pet rabbit named Thumper. She died shortly after I began the painting so I didn't end up finishing it until the following year.

I haven't painted in years but after going to an art show recently I'm feeling pretty motivated.

I really want to do a painting or drawing of Natalie next. I started one about 6yrs ago but didn't like how it was turning out so I tossed it.

I'd also like to try a horse (close-up head shot)....they are such beautiful creatures.
