Make the pm box hold a little more? I mean 10 is a little to small, even just 20 would do, i mean you get and reply to 5 pms and its full

Hasn't yours changed to allow 50 yet? I thought it changed by number of posts but it might be after a certain number of days after joining the forum (maybe both). You'll have 50 soon.
There's this nifty function called 'delete'?

Yes and for all you PM pack rats who can't bear to throw ANYTHING away, not even a PM, you can download your PMs. Look at the lower right, you can choose text, comma separated values (CSV) or XML. :)
