Special needs beagle needs forever home

I have a four year old Beagle named Rosie that has suffered from IVDD (intervertebral disc disease). She has had major surgery to fix the slipped disk in her spine but she still doesnt not have full motor functions in her hind legs. It is most likely that she will have the ability to use her hind legs if someone could work with her every day and gain muscle strenghth in her legs. She does not have any pain anymore after the surgery.
