FUSSY Border Terrier!!

Hello!

My name is Shona and i have a 9month old border terrier bitch called Brodie. She seems to be an extremely fussy eater, started off on bakers puppy and a little pedigree foil sachet meat. she will eat a brand of dog food for a week maybe then not touch it. any ideas anyone??

Put it down for 20 minutes then pick it up until next feeding time and don't feed anything in between. She'll eventually get hungry and eat, (at least most do).

Might I also suggest locating a better food? Pedigree uses less than desirable ingredients. You can check out http://www.dogfoodproject.com for more information on good or bad ingredients or how to find what your food is made out of. It also has a database filled with a ton of foods and their ingredients, so, if you wanted, you could pick a better food right there.

I had the same problem with my male Doberman. I did what Becky said to do and it worked.

I also switched foods.
