Sounds like one smart Newfie to me! :eek: Would you have known how to stay alive in that situation?

Wow what a clever boy Jackson was. So brave. I wouldn't have known what to do, I would have panicked. Pleased it had a happy ending.

WOW!!!!!!!! that is so cool!
Wonder if it was insticnt.. you know. .nose picks up fresh air and it sticks it into there cause that was the only thing to do? on the other hand a lot of animals would have panicked so bad that they run straight into the fire.
GOd I wish we could see what went on in their heads..

Just a Darn Intelligent dog, of course instincts kicked in, water to keep cool not to save me. Dogs are smart, but not human. Good doggie.:D
