Have any dreams of past dogs?

Does any of you have dreams about past dogs you have had?

Gosh I get them all the time about Ben and Fritz ( American Eskimo Dogs )... Normally I just kinda hate it, get alittle depressed thinking aobut them sometimes. When we first put them down, I would have dreams about them ( mostly nightmeres ) and wake up crying.

The latest dream was about that Ben and Frtiz didn't get PTS, that the vet sold them to someone and they were locked in some garage and their new owners didn't feed them. Mostly dreams like that, then I gotta remind myself that they WERE PTS, then I get sad again. Today if they were alive, we would have had them for 8 years.

Oh my what a dream!! Mostly I dream about my darling Chelsie but its never really horrible dreams just thinking about her and remember all those good times we shared!

Oh, I'm sorry you're having dreams like that. I've had lots of dreams about past dogs but they are always pleasant dreams.

Wow RC...there some really weird dreams you got going on there.....but you probably miss them so much....I'm sorry about you losing them
I can't remember my dreams....if I do I usually wait up from a nightmare someone trying to kill me....:wtf: Good thing that ain't to often

That's a sad dream you had.:( You must miss them very much. I've not had dream specifically about any of my dogs, however sometimes they are in the backgrounds.

I have dreams about my beloved Zephyr who will be gone 2 years this Nov. 21st. They are always pleasant happy dreams. He's whole and healthy and playing with his best buds who have gone before him.

In my dreams he'll often come up to me and climb into my lap the way he use to, and always give my nose a kiss to say so-long. Once in awhile I dream of the day we had him put down and it still brings tears.

I feel I'm still grieving for him ... I miss him so much. It's not hard to understand why some people never get another dog, because losing them can leave such a hole in your heart. However I will always believe that Zephyr chose Cadence to be our dog. I believe he communicates with her because she'll do something that he use to do. At times I also feel him close by even though I can't see or touch him.

Normally the dreams I have about them are either they were owned by different people and I could only see them from a window of something and the others were about me getting them but then I would have to get rid of them :wtf: They were amzing dogs and I took great care of them, but I don't understand these dreams. It happens about once a month normally.

Your having nightmares honey. I often dream of Brita but Bulldog. I often have dreams of Dan and Wispa, but it always seems they are playing and then they go missing and I can't find them. I start crying in the dream then wake up feeling really sad!

Yes, I have:( It was a past one of my rescue's Freeya, I had a dream that she never got adopted and they where going to put them to sleep but then they put her to spleep right before I got there! I woke up crying~

I dream about my dogs a lot. But thankfully they're all good dreams!:)
