Tj just turned 1 and i was just wondering when his full coat will come in. Since i first saw him his hair has been pretty thin, and with winter coming, I have noticed him shivering and wanting to hide in the blankets more. for now i got him a sweater to stay warm

I'm not a dog expert at all so this is just sort of an idea.
were the dogs parents show dogs or did they have good a pedigree? I have shown various other animals and if the parents didnt have a very good coat the young sort of inherited that off them (but I suppose thats just common sence lol)
