A suggestion for you. Pick a date & time but choose a time frame that is at least a couple of hours long & ask all members to stay on-site as long as possible during that time frame to make sure we get as many signed in as possible.

I don't understand the point but so long as it's not monday or wednesday evening/night (gone from 6pm to 10pm) I don't care. I have dates to get things done by and other than that work my own hours so unless I'm sleeping I can make some time whenever.

I think the 92 refers to concurrently logged in members and guests, that is, what shows on the Who's Online box on the index page. I'm fairly certain we have never seen 92 members online at the same time.

I don't think so either - at any time there are a lot of search engine crawlers on the site. So the 92 doesn't mean that there were anywhere near that many people.
