There are service dogs who are trained to respond to epileptic seizures in their owners, but as near as I can tell from reading this, this older puppy was smart enough to bark for help when his owner collapsed in a public park.
Springer spaniel Ghillie came to the rescue of his owner's mother Mary Wilson, 61, when she had an epileptic fit.

Ms Wilson was out walking Ghillie along a path on the remote Scottish island of Orkney when she suffered the attack.

But the clever pooch, still just nine months old, knew exactly what to do and dashed for help.
