Hi
Guess no one knows, so later I'am going to make up my own recipe
Only thing is cooking is not my thing, but I shall start off with logic then if things don't go to plan I'll Quickly improvise ;)

I'm just now seeing this. The only recipes I've seen for tuna or sardine cake start with liver cake and substitute a few tins of fish for the liver.

Hi Dobi-Wan Kenobi
Did'nt have time last night, but I'am going to do it this afternoon if it works I'll post it for you
I usually give this as a Training treat becuase I class it as a high value Food and her attention for it is 99 % on me

3 small tins of Tuna
8 0z plain flour .......I use Wholemeal flour (healthier) I think
2 eggs
6 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 heaped teaspoons of garlic (or chopped fresh)
( WATER I found you had to add more, mix so that it falls off spoon with difficulty.Hope that makes sense
Put all ingredients except flour into a food processor and process to a smooth paste
Pour into a mixing bowl and mix in the flour
Grease a swiss-roll tin and spread the mixture evenly and keep mixture thin it does tend to rise
Bake in a moderate oven (200c or gas 6) until cooked about 30 minutes
Cool and cut into cubes. Freezes well
Proberbly loads of different ways of making this but this worked for me, if Dog is standing by when cutting it in to small cubes watch for drool...yuk she loves it:)

Substitute 3 tins of sardines for sardine cake, or about 350g of liver for liver cake.
