Ok heres a really good one, i make this at all the holidays (and yesterday at a wedding too)


Creamy Spinach Dip

1 stick of butter or margarine
1 block of frozen spinach (NOT CANNED)
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
1 can of imitation crabmeat
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (the kind in a shake jar)
Melt butter in medium saucepan add block of spinach and cover, breaking up with spatula until no longer frozen.

Cut cream cheese into 1 inch cubes, add to pan, stir until blended.

Add crabmeat and Parmesan to pan and fold in until evenly blended.

Best served warm. goes well with all types of crackers, or toasted frenchbread.

that sounds nice, I use chopped water chestnuts in my spinach dip, they add an interesting dimension!
