Chocolate Sauce

Cocoa or Drinking Chocolate - 3 tbsp
Golden Syrup - 2 tbsp
Marg / Butter - 1 tbsp

Put all into a small pan and heat very slowly

Great on ice cream - It goes like chocolate toffee

Great if Cornflakes / Rice Krispies / marshmallows added

This is my ( time of the month ) rescue remedy as my hub works nights and I can't kick him out for a huge bar of choc !!!

I just remembered another use for it
Add it to crushed up digestive biscuits and nuts and leave to set then cut into bars
You need to treble the quantities as the biccys soak the sauce up quite a bit

Or omit the biscuits and nuts, treble the quantities, and find a large spoon? ;)
