Okay Okay Okay...So my Mixer got in today...

Hey!

Not sure if this is the right section...but I am asking for recipes, so I think so. :)
So she (my mixer...) is a red Artisan Tilt Head Stand Mixer from Kitchen Aid. I have already made some Foccacia and NY Style Cheesecake...

Now, I want to test my mixing skillz. So.. does anyone have any recipes...that require lots of mixing? Heheh....:)
I am already trying the Chocolate Nest Cake and the Heavenly Chocolate Mouse, posted here.

Any others? And doesn't have to be dessert!:D

Honey Ali, I will get u lots of those today, it is early in day yet.
Congratulations that is a good one, I have a red one in Kitchen aid, use it hard and lasts and lasts.

I have tons of good receipes, and you have to promise to eat them too? lol.:)
