Marinade

[Hazen 'n Mike]

The Marinade was used on Shish kebab when we had it.

Main ingredients-
Olive Oil and Wine Vinegar

Add Worcestershire Sauce, chopped onion, one garlic clove (crushed), "Kitchen Bouquet" [bottled seasoning], and pepper.

Mix to taste.
