I Never waste a banana again using this delicious receipe almost weekly makes up quickly and bake 350 and eat warm with butter or choice of topping?

Ingredients:

3 large well ripen bananas
1 cup granulated suger, smash bananas set these two aside.

Larger bowel:

2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs beat in
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tps. baking soda put in 1 tbsp water set aside

1 cup chopped nuts if desired

Mix Top ingredients, add soda n water and mix well, add bananas n suger already mixed, mix together and put in loaf pan slightly greased on bottom especially. Add nuts if u chose to.

Bake about one hour, check like a cake with toothpick.

Eat warm out of the oven with butter or choice of topping. DELICIOUS!!!

You sure seem to enjoy baking sheplovr, I think that's the same recipe I have. Love banana bread but haven't made any for a long time. All these posts about food are making me hungry....lol.

This is an excellent recipe. I always add sliced cherries to mine with a little cherry juice. It's just making me drool thinking of it.

Ingredients
8 ounces lasagna noodles
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
8 ounces mushrooms, optional
1 jar (about 16 ounces) spaghetti sauce, your favorite
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried leaf oregano, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon dried leaf basil, crumbled
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Directions
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside. In a large skillet, brown beef, onion, and mushrooms; drain well. Stir in spaghetti sauce, garlic powder, salt, oregano, and basil. In a 2-quart buttered baking dish (about 11x7x2-inches), layer 1/3 of the lasagna noodles, 1/3 of the sauce and 1/3 of the ricotta cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and Parmesan cheeses. Repeat layers twice. Bake lasagna for 30 minutes, or until thoroughly heated and bubbly. Let stand for 8 to 10 minutes before cutting and serving. Serves 6 to 8.
