Before boiling eggs to hard boil,
take a pin and to fatter end put a hole in it.

Cook in boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes.

Put in bowel of ice cubes in water.

Peels right off and make pickled eggs or egg salad your way. I add a lil sugar to vinegar n beets to make pickled eggs. Takes the tartness away some, stir it well in the can u empied of beets with vinegar in to add.

I keep mine in fridge when cooled and ready for chilling, keeps quite a while to eat if dieting or with a sandwich.

I've never heard of puting a hole in the fat end of an egg...is this to stop them from cracking while they are cooking? I've given up hard boiling eggs cause they always end up cracking and half the egg spills out in the water and that just grosses me right out.
