Crab, Clam Or Shrimp Dip

THIS IS SOOO EASY FOR A DIP TO START THE SUPER BOWEL PARTY OR ANY OCCASSION. VERY GOOD WITH ANYTHING TO DIP INTO IT...

Ingredients
1 8 oz. block cream cheese
½ c. spicy cocktail sauce
½ lb. lump crabmeat, chopped clams or baby shrimp
Juice from 1/2 lemon

Directions

Place all ingredients into bowl.
Using the traditional beaters of your Hand Mixer, mix together until smooth and creamy.
Serve with crackers, anything you want to use to dip into, very tastey and all love it!!!

Makes: 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
2 tablespoons lemon juice (1 large lemon)
4 large egg yolks
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1 pinch cayenne
1 cup unsalted butter(2 sticks)

Directions

Place all the ingredients except the butter into the bowl of the food processor with an emulsion or metal chopping blade.
Heat butter in a sauce pan or microwave.
While butter is still very hot, turn the food processor on.
Slowly drizzle the hot butter into the feed tube of the food processor.
While all the butter has been added continue to process for 1 minute.
Serve at once.Serving Ideas:
This fabulous sauce is terrific over poached eggs for a brunch and/or pour over freshly steamed broccoli or asparagus.

Mmmmmmmmm! That sounds great! It kind of reminds of a seafood spreading I always buy, but now after knowing this recipe, I won't need to buy it anymore! All I have to do is cook this! Yay!
