THIS IS REAL EASY ALL LOVE TUNA A QUICKEEEE.

Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) package wide noodles, cooked and drained
2 (6 oz.) cans tuna, drained
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 1/3 C. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 C. crushed saltines
3 tbs. butter or margarine, melted paprika, tomato slices and fresh thyme, optional

Directions

In a large bowl, combine noodles, tuna and mushrooms. Combine soup, milk, salt and pepper; pour over noodle mixture and mix well. Pour into a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Combine saltines and butter; sprinkle over noodles. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until heated through. If desired, sprinkle with paprika and garnish with tomato and thyme.

Country Chicken-N-Biscuit Casserole
Ingredients

8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
2 1/2 C. chicken, cooked and cubed
1 (10-oz) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 C. milk
1 1/2 C. biscuit mix
2/3 C. milk or cream, half n half i use
1 can French fried onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

Grease an 8x12-inch pan and preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine first three ingredients and one cup of the cheddar cheese; put into casserole dish (http://www.recipe4living.com/Recipe/48860-CountryChickenNBiscuitCasserole.aspx#). Blend soup and 3/4 cup of milk or cream, pour over casserole. Bake, covered, for 15 minutes. While it's baking combine the biscuit mix, 2/3 cup of milk, and 1/2 can of onions; mix thoroughly. Drop by spoonfuls to form 6 biscuits around the edge of casserole. Bake, uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown. Top with remaining onions and cheese and bake another 2 to 3 minutes, until onions are toasted

The tuna mushroom casserole sounds great, will definityl have to try that one as it seems rather easy and straight forward

I have alot of quickie meals made in a hurry but hot meals as well as needed for dinner time or even lunch.

I have some great desserts also. Hmmmmmmm Good!!!:)

More great recipes...my daughter will love to try those out, can't wait...she does all the meals now. You sure do have a great assortment. I think that tuna recipe sounds delicious....they both do...tuna looks the easiest.

Good one Pat! I was actually looking on line today for a tuna casserole that looked good and couldn't find one so I made beef stroganoff for dinner instead lol! I will have to remember this one, it sounds good!!

Yes all the receipes I place up we have eaten and liked. I take to parties or cookouts and they are yummy, so I share here and feel most would love them also. Enjoy....:)
