Hello all, I'm CJ, head-staff person to Wu & Hartley, mini wire Dachshunds, Applesmom invited me to the forum.

Just a bit of background 36+ years in SV GSDs, no longer due to age :). Mine, not theirs LOL

After studying for several years, wanting a smaller but still "working" type dog I settled on the wire Dachshund (mini.) I enjoy, conformation, ED and would like to consider agility.

I look forward to getting to know you.

Off now to take a peek around the forum.

Thank you AM for the invite, it looks like a nice place.

Welcome Dauxside. I'm glad to see you decided to join us!:) I don't think we have anyone here that does Earth Dog with their dogs. It would be great to learn more about it.

Got any photos of Wu and Hartley you'd like to share with us?;)

Always happy to have furfriends visit. We've (the pups and I) just came back after a 3 year stint stateside. Waiting for my stuff to arrive, feel crippled without my camera.

I use to have SV GSDs *sigh* ... love them to bits, just too "broken" up to handle the big guys so had to find a smaller size with the same "'tude." The wireies "do it" for me ... though I'm pretty sure SchH is out of the question with the minis LOL
