How do you make them signature things?

hey everyone, was just wondering, :confused: does anyone know how to make the signature things( the things at the bottom of peoples comments with pictures of their dogs and names and stuff)
if anyone know's or know's a website which could help, could you please let me know.

If you want to make one yourself, you'll need image editing software. Adobe Photoshop is great but also expensive. This page has some good free software programs

hey i have just downloaded "Serif Photo Plus." thought id give it a go. but would still like some tips on making signature photo's with this software.
any help appreciated.
