Man sics 8" puppy on police
RENFREWSHIRE (Scotland)
A man appeared in court earlier this month on charges relating to a domestic disturbance in which he allegedly grappled, wrestled and head-butted police while ordering his four-month-old Lhasa Apso puppy to attack.
The dog ignored him.
In court, the sherriff noted: "The dog shows more sense than its owner." Another court insider described the dog as "a tiny ball of fluff."
The accused man, Tony Williamson, 30, admitted that he was drunk at the time of the incident which occurred last year on Boxing Day. He pleaded guilty to two breaches of the Police (Scotland) Act and was sentenced to 240 hours of community service.
Mr. Williamson's attorney stated that his client "does not try to excuse his behaviour. He knows he was in the wrong."
In other words, he just suffered from a momentary lhasapso reason. http://dogsinthenews.com/img/paw.gif
