nobody so far have stated their wonderful, the posts have been about their looks and the massive prescense this breeds carries.the temp of all breeds can be got at the click of a button.
ive heard of no bad experiences with this breed.
are they extremely loyal? as with all breeds you have to work with them to gain loyalty.
not a word im comfortable with!

Considering their size and strength they truly are gentle giants.Their devotion is second to none and they always crave affection and strive to please. Our Staffordshire's will sit by our feet all day but our Bordeaux will sit on them! (Ouch!!).
Although good guards without aggression with are well known to be totally committed to their owners.

We have always socialized our dogues from day one.Taking them with us when we go shopping etc. This has made them confident around people of all ages. We would recommend that everyone should do that. It makes such a difference to the dog.

Hi Gill,

I have a DDB, she's just turned 1 and she's absolutely gorgeous. We're thinking of having her assessed as a PAT therapy dog because of her wonderful temperament. Probably wait till she's all grown up first. I only joined today so still finding my feet. Will post some pics when i've worked things out. Still trying to figure out how to start a new topic???? Talk soon, Debs.

Hi Gill and Simon,

We got Mollie from a breeder in Cornwall, just 10 minutes from us. Mollie really is a sweetheart and a bit of a local celebrity, people say hello to her before they speak to me and she gets so many smiles, it's lovely...she even got birthday presents from people i don't know because strangers just fall in love with her. I don't have to tell you how wonderful they are!!!!!!
I saw one of your pics on the gallery i think, just had a peek at your website though, your dogues are stunning!!!!!
Can't wait to see our breed make their first appearance on Crufts next year, about time really isn't it.
Look forward to talking with you..
Debs.
