I drew this from memory being as I havn't gotten a picture of Charlie but he was about 25-35 lbs and about 16-17 in at the shoulder. I believe he had beagle in him and terrier but I'm not really sure. They told me Harley, Dagger's grandfather was pitbull mix wolf, but I doubt it. He looks more like a hound mix personally. (I may be about to get a picture of him) But Charlie was alot smaller. I would just like to have some suggestions.

I was going to say Basenji when I first saw it. But Basenji's ears are erect. Now I have no idea. Pit mix?

Well, all i can tell from that drawing is possibly pitbull something or other... i have no idea- a photo would be a LOT easier.

yeah I know, but I think Charlie is dead now...I havn't seen him in a year and he was kind of a parti stray being as his owners abandoned him. He was fairly small, but taller than my basset hound missy. He reminded me of a pitbul beagle mix, but it was his coat color that threw me off and made me think this because I've only seen a pit bull and such breeds with that color (more tan and only a little white)

well see I considered that too. One thing I know is that he had beagle in him I'm almost certain. Being one it was a very common breed around my area and two I saw it in his face. Also he carried his tail like a sickle...don't know if beagles do that but he did and so does dagger.
also thank you very much. I dabble in art. I have a site where I have a few drawings and loads of pictures of my pets if you wanna check it out. http://ladybeastcharmer.deviantart.com/

thank you :) But I'm not sure about basenji...I've never seen one myself and don't know anyone who owns one, but I do believe it could be possible. I knew his owner before they moved off an left him. I know that his mom (I believe) was a beagle or beagle mix but his dad is a mutt a pit bull mix they say (then again they also said he had wolf in him). I'll try to get a picture of him.

I vote Basenji / Staffie too ... seems we all see the same things. If those ears were upright & that tail curled a little more, I'd just say Basenji.

I see Basenji too apart from the ears.

That is a great drawing! :thumb:
But I don't see any breed in there. If you were to let all breeds of dogs mate and produce offpsring, and then let their offspring do the same thing, you would end up with the "ultimate mutt", a medium size dog which would be brown with a white spot on the chest and a curly tail. So it is possible that Dagger's dad was himself a mystery.
