I have never owned an Aussie before, but knew they were good dogs. I got mine on Saturday and am very glad I did. :wubsmiley: I like that they are very much "people" dogs and always like to be around you. My pup doesn't let me out of her site for more than a few minutes. She is also very content for me to hold her (most of the time) and will fall asleep in my arms. I can't wait until she gets to be a little older, so I can work on formal training. I'm looking forward to agility and/or obedience competions!
Sorry for rambling. Those are just my thoughts for the day. :tonguesmiley::laugher:

Great!! She sounds like my Shepherds. I cannot go to bathroom, shower, clean a room without a dog under my feet. Very loyal dogs and that is good. I am glad you like your puppy. It sure is sweet.
Most dogs as pups are loyal until they realize they can go on their own, but hope she stays the same, mine are tooo loyal at times. I would like some freedom some days, lol. Happy Easter...:)

Oh wow, what cute photos! Herding dogs are great if you like people-oriented dogs. Looks like you're in for a ton of fun! :)

Bella is beautiful. As an Aussie owner for 15 plus years I can't think of a breed I'd want more. I have had three Aussies. One passed away in 2005 and the two I have now are 13 and 2 years of age.

Aussies Rock! Got two, One thats 4.5 yrs and a pup. They will work for YOU and are loyal to the end. Everything else is just a dog, but I am very biased:)
I love Aussies! I have a 6 month old black tri and yes they are"velcro dogs" mine follows me EVERYWHERE when I take a shower, shes laying there by the door
Congrats on your pup!
