Hello people, im Clare and these are a few pics of my 13 week old pup Maggie:

Maggie was found at the age of 7 weeks wandering around a field covered in Magnolia coloured paint. She was adopted by me and my other half when she was 8 weeks old, there is no background of her on the dogs home file as she was a stray, any suggestions to what she is a cross with? We know definatley she has staff in her as she has the brindle colour markings.

Any comments will be greatly appreciated.

Maggie's beautiful, you lucky things. And lucky her! I dread to think what circumstances led to her being covered in paint and wandering at 8 weeks old:( Some people need shooting :mad:
But it sounds like she has a lovely forever home with you guys.

Dunno what she's crossed with - might be easier to identify once she has reached her full height....

Awww! She's ADORABLE!! She looks kinda like a shepard mix. I'm trying to think of the breeds that have a brindle-looking coat (boxers, pit bull terriers), but she doesn't really look like those. Enjoy!

I was also thinking German Shepard before i saw the other comment. Shes very cute though!!! Yer it is wierd to thinkshe was wandering all on her lonesome so young but wonderful she now has great family:D

Welcome. I am farily new here also. Maggie is adorable. I really don't know what is in her make up, but i suspect LOVE is. in other words, she is this and that and LOVE.

Shes gorgeous! I would not be the least bit surprised if those little 'bat' ears stood straight up fairly soon. She has a LOT of Shepherd in her from those pics. My initial thought was the Dutch Shepherd. They CAN have a brindle coat...you should google the Dutch Shepherd and compare them with your girl. She is a real find....no matter what she is....she has a much better life now!!!
