Email problems

hi i would love it if someone could give me some help on this problem every like minuite i get a email of the dog forums for no aparant reason i wonder if enyone could tell me how too stop this.

You go to user CP and choose to not subscribe to threads. What you get now is an update everytime someone post in a thread you have posted in.
You go into options and there you have it.

Yes that is if you are getting email notifications of subscribed threads.
You may also need to go to the threads that you are already subscibed to, since changing the options in your user CP won't unsubscribe you from threads that you are already subscribed to - it will just not subscribe you to any new ones that you post in.
But if you're getting :spam1:, let someone on the staff know and we'll take care of it.

I havent heard from enyone about the emailing problem but im getting annoyed now and i wouldlike to no how to stop this forum to send me emails all the time about 1 every minuite!If you could give me advise that would be wiked.
