It depends on the dog and its digestion of. Some top brands are Eagle Pack, Innova, Flint River Ranch, Wysong, Bil Jac frozen, Ultra Max, Canadae, Royal Canine, (depending on), Pro Pla Chicken n Rice (depending on), Strive frozen, etc. Read ingredients top ones then the small print and see how much fillers are present as our dog foods are getting so bad I have researched many of them not fit for humans to eat less dogs with feathers as fillers, road kills, euthanized sick dogs on meds ground up, makes one sick and my stomach is not feeling too well now to go on. Watch my web site for many articles I publish on Pat's Note page of junk foods. Purine is one of plenty as well as Science Diet backed by vets for a kick back with the name on the bag.............

Eagle Pack recently announced upcoming formula changes and new formulas. One of the formulas that is supposed to be changing is the Large Breed Puppy, including removing corn from it.
