Here is a NO fail Banana Nut or unut bread. Makes two so cut in half for one.
6 ripe bananas
2 cups white sugar regular
4 cups flour
2 tsp bk powder
2 tps salt
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp soda in 2 tbsp water
4 eggs
1 cup veg. oil
1 cup nuts if wanted
Smash bananas in bowel add sugar set aside. Mix all other ingredients and add bowel of bananas, sugar and mix well. Never waste another banana can use with brown spots, riper the better.
I add an extra banana
You can add 1 tsp cinnamon if you like it I do Not~~~
I also grease bottom of loaf pan and corners it can stick a little, bake 350 for 60 minutes or until a tooth pick comes up clean. Cool on rack or eat out of oven with butter on like me.~~~
