I found this receipe a few years ago in a magazine...very simple!!! :)
Peanut Butter Pie
1 pre-made gram cracker pie shell any flavor
1 cup creamy peanut butter (if you like crunchy do it) :D
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1/2 cup sugar
12 oz. container whipped topping
11.75 jar (Smuckers) Fudge Ice Cream topping (any brand will do) ;)
Mix together peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar. Gently fold in 3 cups whipped topping to mixture. Spoon mix into pie shell..smoothing evenly.
Reserving about 3 Tbs Fudge sauce.....microwave the rest of jar for about 1 minute. Stir, spread over peanut butter mix. Refridge until ready to serve.
Just before serving, spread remaining whipped topping over fudge layer...being careful not to mix the two layers.
Put the 3 TBS. remaining fudge in a small baggie and knead for a few seconds. Cut corner of baggie and drizzle lines going only one direction...do the same thing with 2 TBS. of peanut butter in the opposite direction of the fudge lines.
