Reputation Update

We have updated the reputation system to be a bit more user-friendly.

- You now do not have to rep other people before giving rep to the same person a second time.

- We are removing the concept of Rep Power. All rep is worth "1".

- New members can now give rep right away.

We will be adding some other interesting elements soon :D So keep friendly and keep helpful!

That Is A Great Idea. I Was Wondering Why New Members Couldn't Give Someone "rep" Because They Are Most Likely Going To Have A Lot Of Questions, And Would Be Most Likely To Give Out "rep"
