What brand you recommend? These are the best i could find locally. My toy poodle is 5 months and is moving from the puppy food from the breeder. I need a kibble that is small and not too hard.
Blue Buffalo
Eagle Pack
Wellness
Newmans

If you ask ten different dog owners you will get ten different answers.
All the brands you mention are high quality, at least in my opinion. Others may disagree.
Your dog may have specific needs and even allergies so it would not be right to say that there is only one that is the best. The only way you can find out is to try them and check the dog's coat, energy level, etc. My advice would be to ask what the breeder feeds and go with that. If you do switch for any reason, try to make the switch gradually by mixing in first about 1/4 of the new food, then 1/2, then 3/4 over a period of a couple of weeks. Some dogs either will not like a new food or may get an upset digestive system.
But be prepared for a heated discussion, for some reason dog people can really go nuts over discussing what to feed or what not to feed!

We have been feeding our dogs Nutro for many years and they have all been healthy and seem to like it. But it depends for each person/dog. All those kinds are good quality food. Just have to find the right one for your dog.

I feed 42 working dogs Nutro. Have been for years. While there may be better foods available, Nutro has given us very good service. It's palatable, skin and coats always look good. We have no allergy problems and the dog have all the energy a working dog needs. They live above average life spans. I have no complaints.

I feed Jake on Burns. I'm an animal activist NO NO NOT SOMEONE WHO LETS LABORATORY ANIMALS OUT OF LABS - I campaign against animal cruelty. I'm involved in rescuing and rehabilitating wildlife.
The reason I feed Burns is that it is not tested on animals.
As Skunkstripe said, you'll get lots of debate on dog food - and everyone will groan and say 'not again' but, please read the info on the link before you decide which pet food to go for.
I'll get off my soapbox now, but you know many people say - I didn't know they did animal testing on dog food!
