Baby Kong

I just got a Baby Kong for Charlie and he doesn't seem to get what to do. In fact I'm not sure I get what to do. I've stuffed it with Rollover dog food which I also use as individual treats. Charlie hasn't been able to chew it out thus far (one day). Is this normal for a 4.5 month puppy?

Have you filled it with goodies??? you can also freeze it if he's cutting his teeth. My pups love them from 8 weeks.

I might be worth plugging the end with peanut butter or something he has to lick and he'll soon get the gist of it
