Well i didn't live with her anymore but i live right near my parents so still saw her everyday. She was my first dog and she got put down last month :( She was such a gentle and loving dog it was so sad to have to let her go, esp for my mom, her and my mom went on long walks together everyday. Anyways here is a picture of her the day before she got put down she still had the same look in her eyes as the day we got her, her body just got old her mind was still so young. On her good days she would run around and play with my two little doggies it was so fun to see her play like a puppy again even in her last weeks.

Hi Jason She is a gorgeous old girl so sorry to hear of your loss your Mom must miss her a lot. Run free at the Bridge Lovely girl

It was sad how fast she went downhill, her last few days she could barely walk her back legs just gave out, and she stoped eating! My mom misses her on her walks, she had to stop taking her on long walks about 6 months ago but still for 15+ years went on walks daily with my mom. I'm hoping my mom will get another dog i think she should she said she doesn't want one but i know she just needs time.

Oh I am sorry to hear about your doggy. It sounds like she had a good life though. Your mom will find it in her heart to give another dog a great home I'm sure.

She is beautiful and live to be 15...WOW.....I had a yellow lab too that I had to put to sleep about 2 years ago...looked identical to your moms...she lived to 13 and her hips gave out too....they are the best...all other dogs that I have will be compared to her...rest in pleace old girl....and wait at the bridge for me......
