Time?

This is more of a question and I wasn't sure where to put it. Please move it to where it is appropriate it this is not the right place.

But my time where I live is 5:45pm but on here it says it is 4:45pm I have tried changing my settings and it changes the time but I cant get it to the right time. I have it set om GMT -6 which is central and should be right but at the bottom of the page it says GMT -5 and it wont change. I also tried with DST on and off and it didnt work either?

Can someone please tell me how to get my time right?

There's definitely something glitchy with the time. The -6 vs -5 thing is due to Daylight Savings Time, though, and that seems to be working correctly (at least it does for my time zone, -5, which corrects properly to -4 for DST). However, the time seems to be an hour off even with the DST correction.

I'll add checking on this to the long "to do" list. :) I'll also see about getting a "DogForum.org Site-Related Technical Issues" forum created for things such as this.
