What do you mean by "crazy" and "all over the place"? Could you be more specific? >o.o<

Even if you can't get her in a training class, you can teach her basic obedience yourself. Look for "positive reinforcement" training on the net and you should get information on how to teach basic things like down, stay, and sit.
Also, what breed(s), how old, and how much excersize does the pup get? Is he/she crate trained?
I agree, we need more info.

First of all how old is your puppy? Start training your puppy now make it fun and you will enjoy it too. First thing I taught mine was sit and when it does it give a small treat keep doing this for about 10 mins one time a treat and other time a big fuss. pup will soon learn. Same thing again with come or here when you call the dog to you but always use one word commands. Then start putting the two together come and when she does sit then a wee treat. If she is a young pup 10 mins is long enough 3-4 times a day. Next thing is stay so when you have her sitting give her the stay command and step back a couple of steps and when she stays go back and give praise and to start with a treat. Gradually increase the distance be fore you go back to the dog, once you have her staying instead of going back you can give her the come command, always use a firm voice when giving commands and a happy voice when you praise pup. This will take time and I hope you enjoy training the pup but you will have a much nicer dog and you will enjoy the dog a lot more once she is trained. Hope this helps a little, Good Luck. I think it sounds like going to obedience school would be a good idea if you do not have any experience training the dog, but since you say you dont have the $ then look up how to train all the basic commands she doesn't know. You say she knows sit, does she know anything else?
I can give you instructions on how I learned to teach stay from my puppy school if you want.
Also, how much exercise does she get? Beagles are pretty active dogs so they need to get enough exercise and play time and then if they do they will be less destructive.

When dogs are that wee bit older and set in their ways, it is a bit harder but just start from basics and use the treats freely till you start getting results. Good Luck and dont give up on her.
