Cody our beloved 8 month old Collie has gone to be with his pal Camp at Rainbow Bridge. We had to put Cody down last night. It was the hardest thing I have ever done. We love you Cody and you will be forever missed. You were a good boy.....

Pauline: I gather from another post in this thread that you have suffered another recent loss besides Cody. So sorry...hugs to you...I know how hard this can be. Take comfort in your memories. No matter how short their lives are, your pets get your very best from you, and they know it.

I hate to think about it or talk about anymore. Too hard! We lost Camp our sheltie first, at 13 years old. We bought Cody while he was still alive, Camp died when Cody was about 5 months.

Then Cody got sick with a mysterious condition and had to be put down at 7 months. A couple of months after we lost our Camp. Check my posts for any information about that.

To say that it was hard is an understatement. I am focussing on my Gracie now. She is my new baby. :(
