My 1 year old's genitals are turning a dark grey/purple. I know that it's supposed to darken as a dog gets older, but my dog is only a year old. Should I be concerned about this?

Always worth a trip to the vets just to make sure....
I personally have no idea - Oscar's 'disappeared' a while back and strangely enough the colour doesn't stick in my mind lol
