When to Ride Bike or Roller Blade with Dog?

I know that at 13 weeks, Max is far too young to do these activities. But how old should he be before I try it with him? I'd like to know if I should try it this spring / summer when he'll be about 6 months old.

Usually wait till after their bones are developed around age 2....before any hard core activity......up till then "easy" walks are fine...
