Stopping emails

Heya how do I stop getting hundreds of emails telling me that people have replied to posts. I tried changing my settings but i'm still gettting the emails.

I'm getting atleast 50 a day and they're clogging up my inbox.

Sorry to be a pain, I'm rubbish with computers.

Try going to "User CP" (look in the center of top of page), then on left side "edit options" take a look at what you see in the section called "messages and notifications". Where you see "Default Thread Subscription Mode" if it says anything other than "do not subscribe" you will get emails.

you might also have to unsubscribe to past posts.....click " quick links" and then click subscribed threads and make sure the boxes next to your past replys are marked for non notification.....
