Is it too late?

I have been getting very intrested in agility latley. I have a almost 4 year old collie. Do you think it would be to late to start him in it, I dont think it would be, but offcourse i dont know to much about agility, so that is my next question, what are some good links you guys can send me to to learn more about it?
