Is there a problem with the Chat feature?

I've been in and out of the chat room yesterday and today, and its been running well...but just now I entered, and my name doesn't show up in the Lounge on the right hand side, and the box where we type our messages isn't available for use...

Is there a tech problem with the chat feature? Can you please look into it for me?

After I closed out the entire window, and re-opened it from the homepage, it seems to be working now....guess it needed a refresh...
