Do some frames take longer than others?

The frames I'm working on, right now are taking about 1:52 to process. Last night, it was about 0:19/frame, but by morning was 1:38/frame on an idle machine. Interesting.

There may be some variation of frame times for a given WU, particularly at the beginning and end. There will definitely be variations, potentially vary large ones, from WU to WU.
