I have a West Highland Terrier who is desperate for a decent grooming. His hair is getting quite long now and I wasnt sure whether the weather is too cold to get him clipped yet. Any ideas???
Many Thanks

That just depends on how cold it is, how much time he spends outdoors & how short you clip him. If you've still got bad wintery weather, I'd go lightly on his clipping job & make it more of a trim & wait for warm weather to give him the "buzz" cut.

Nah it's not too cold to get them clipped!
I'v got a west highland terrier and we have just clipped him
and his completely fine
I had to cut my dogs hair because as you said his hair was getting too long and he was hard to groom.

One of my poodles has just been shaved off all over (no 4 blade) so I'm sure your little westie man will be OK. Remember most of the time he'll be in the house.
