Rule is the name of the competiton, that we make. It's a specially competition in Switzerland for children between 10 and 20 and their dogs.
It has 3 different difficult steps; Rule beginners, Rule 1 and Rule 2
Each test has 3 parts; Agility, Obedience and Junior-Handling.
In Rule b is only a part from Agility and in Rule 1 and 2 more. Also in obedience and Junior-Handling.
The obedience is not easy. For example Rule 2:
Foot: ca. 30m without leash and direction change
High jump: send forwards over the jump and the dog as to wait on the otherside and then come back over the jump
Apport.
Walk through a group of four people, with lash
Call on foot through a group of 4 people

Can you a bit explain, what 4-H is?

Rule is here only a competition. We say to the training "Youth and Dog" or "Children and Dog". We also have other competitions (Canin-Cross...) and camps.

4-H is a program in which 8-18 year olds learn to train their dogs in agility, obedience, showmanship, and also just pick up all sorts of dog knowledge. (Though, 4-H also includes SO many more projects than JUST dogs, but dog training is a project included.)
