Grumbling stomach

Hi, i am going through the first night with my new alapaha bulldog, and it seems to be making very weird noises with its stomach, but like 3 or 4 times a minute, almost like she is farting, but she isn't its rumbling in her stomach, now she hasn't eaten yet, maybe because she is home sick, i just wanna make sure nothing is seriously wrong, so any opinions would be greatly appreciated, thank you

Maybe her tummy is just upset. Dogs can get stressed out from changing homes, but they tend to settle down after a few days.
