Anchor to hold dog

would this be strong enough to hold a 2 yr old rottie in my garden or would he rip it out of the ground

hhhmmmmmmm............. not sure. i'd say it really depends on how big the dog is and if hes really strong. but if it were up to me i'd try it.:)

I wouldn't trust that anchor with either of my dogs. 80lbs and 90lbs

No. That type lasted about 2 minutes with my 40 lb border collie.

Didn't even make it to 2 mins with my rottie - and he's quite small! (40KG).

I tether mine to the tow hitch on the back of the car when we go camping etc.

well my dog had one, shes 50 pds or so and she didnt pull it up. i threw the toy a little to far than what her leash could go, and it snatched her back. what we do now is my dad got some bar like stuff and stuck it in the ground.
