No clue what you are talking about. I clicked the link and all I get is a cartoon picture of a dog. Nothing happens.

That looks like a great way to exersise and tire them out. I would just worry about confusing the dogs. In a pack the leader is out front and this would put you in the back. I'd continue to walk them and just use this to tire them out.

Dogs used in sledding and skijoring are trained and don't have a problem with it. Dog's aren't feral wolves any longer (gladly so). Foxes are related to wolves and it doesn't apply to them either.
Most times when a dog strains at the lead, it's because they want to get where they're going, not dominance.
The only thing is I'm sure it would confuse them, but for another reason.
But yes, walking them is still good. I know when i'm tired I use a manuall razor scooter.
My dogs would be terrified!

They also aren't house dogs, sled dogs are kennel dogs and very little worry is put into their social behavior. They are purpose trained dogs, not well rounded like we like our dogs. Like I said this is a GREAT way to exersise your dog, but it can't replace other activites that extablish yours and the dogs roll.
