Chihuahua given injection twice

Can anybody please offer any advice.

Yesterday we took our 5 year old chihuahua to the vet to get her annual bronchit jab (spelling may be off) instead the vet gave the bronchit and also the annual booster also a yearly injection.

Problem is she only just had the annual booster injection 21 days ago.

She has been very poorly since the jab, no energy, is wetting herself (never done before) and feels very hot, also she keeps licking her mouth.

Can anyone please advise me if its dangerous for a dog of her size to have the annual booster injection twice in such a short space of time?

What did the vet say?

I have no idea whether or not it would cause a problem, but hasn't the vet said anything about it? Have they apologised? I'd be bl**dy furious if that had happened to any of mine.
